Need to test out and explicitly handle external tables, e.g. Hadoop/Polybase table references.

This is valid syntax to leave out the schema when using a three part object reference. It assumes the default schema.

How should references to objects from a linked server be returned?

In SQL Server, a synonym is an alias or alternative name for a database object such as a table, view, stored procedure, user-defined function, and sequence.

The column usage should be expanded out from * to the actual column names, except if it's within an EXISTS clause.

After creating functionality to return top level references, need to add column level references for table and view references.

Need to create dictionary lookups in TSQLReferenceResolver with case sensitivity settings matching the database setting to improve performance of object lookups for databases containing a large number of objects.
