Sell cocaine and weed to peds. I forked this to expand on the functionality.

I added: * toggle selling mode on/off * 3d text on peds to indicate they are a junkie * prices are random 100-200 and stored by customer. that amount is added to the player money when there is a transation. i will make a better price calculator based on a price factor for the different drugs. *
