antplus_arduino's Issues

Thanks for the great code. Any examples of sending ANT+ messages.

First I want to say thank you for writing such a great and complete ANT+ library for the Arduino. I've been working on making a translator for a wired Cycleops Indoor Bike powermeter to broadcast on ANT+. My Blog on this . I have it working using some cobbled together code but I would love to implement your library in place of what I have now but I've been unable to figure out how to get the ANTPlus::send class to work for me. Wondering if you have any examples or tips to help get it working?

The end goal is to implement the FE-C device profile and turn it into a full smart trainer with a BLDC motor as a controllable brake.

UPDATE:2017-Dec-10
I solved my own question. I have created a Fork of this library with example that implements ANT+ FE-C for a bike trainer.

Problems with ANT+ Key

Hi,

i found this very helpful example project.

since the nRF24AP2 is no longer available, I bought the nRF24L01. I hope that the code also with this module.

I have registered with thisisant. and have the keys ANT+ network key, ANT-FS key, Garmin Developer key, Public network key....

Which is the ANT_SENSOR_NETWORK_KEY and which is the ANT_GPS_NETWORK_KEY?

Over Serial Monitor a get the Messages:

ANTPlus HRM Test!
Setup.
ANT+ Config.
ANT+ Config Finished.
Setup Finished.
Received RTS Interrupt.

but no Heart Rate data...

(Heart Rate sensor is working and is 20cm away)

Thank you...

Best regards,
Christian

Multi channel

Hi,

I am using the AP2 (ANTAP281M5IB) with the sample code from Digital Hack Blogspot. Is it possible to use your code with multi channel? I am trying to read out some bike sensors on my Arduino (heart rate, speed & power).

Thank you so much!

Kind regards,
Jerome

Status of Library

Brody, Hi - I just recently found your repository here. I'm looking to do a little home-brew ANT+ project with an arduino; wondering if you've done anything as of late with the suggested ANT+ module and if you think it's still a good option for ANT+ tinkering? I'd mainly like to write a little arduino sketch that will log data from a heart rate monitor. I have lots of development experience but none with ANT+. Any info or pointers are greatly appreciated, thanks! -Paul
