Possible to use node-pre-gyp instead of nodegyp in eventloop stats

Risingstack using node-pre-gyp compile c++ code, similarly is this possible to implement like them in event loop stats NPM.?

Add prebuilds

Hi!

I would like to add prebuilds to this repository. Would you accept a pull request?

We could use https://github.com/prebuild/prebuildify.

Incorrect stats

The fix for #6 seems to cause another case of incorrect stats.

For illustration

When I was tried to install the event loop stats in Windows 10-pro environment, below error is throwing
Previously I installed gc-stats npm with any problem.

Is this possible to calculate Avg number of milliseconds spent in the loop since last sense?

Incorrect stats

When I manually block the event loop for a full second with a while loop, event-loop-stats will still report a maximum way below that, for example 5ms. Is there something I don't understand about how to use the library? I call eventLoopStats.sense() every second.

What is the meaning of Eventloop max, min time?
