ansible-hubot's Issues

Failed to assemble

Hi,

I got the following error when using this role on the "Assemble Hubot" step.

failed: [omd01] => {"changed": true, "cmd": "source /home/deploy/nvm/nvm.sh && nvm use 0.10.33 && make package", "delta": "0:00:02.218716", "end": "2014-12-03 11:04:55.855430", "rc": 2, "start": "2014-12-03 11:04:53.636714", "warnings": []}
stderr: 'hubot --create' is deprecated. Use the yeoman generator instead:
    npm install -g yo generator-hubot
    mkdir -p hubot
    yo hubot
See https://github.com/github/hubot/blob/master/docs/README.md for more details on getting started.
make: *** [package] Error 1
stdout: Now using node v0.10.33

Happy to investigate further, but I thought I'd throw this issue up just in case you've already worked around it.

systemd support

Hi,
why upstart on Debian based systems? Should (also) support systemd.

yo fails to install

Upon installation, node postinstall is called, but node is not in $PATH. I had to manually install yo .

Seems like setting the $PATH environment variable in /home/hubot/.bashrc doesn't work. You have to manually log in and sudo su hubot then npm install --global yo. Assuming your $PATH includes the node bin directory, it successfully installs.

Allow complete configuration from inventory.

Hello, Would you be interested in some changes to allow hubot configuration from inventory instead of some of it being in the role vars and templates?

I'll submit a PR for moving the vars to defaults first.
I have a series of other changes ready if this direction is acceptable.

thanks, Joe.
