t/get_loaded_modules.t fails with perl 5.20.3 about test-prereq HOT 6 CLOSED

Current situation at CPAN Testers:

• only FAILs with perl 5.20.3
• some FAILs with perl 5.22.1, in even more test files (but also some PASSes)
• no FAILs with other perl versions.

Random fail/pass results means a possible candidate on the beforemaintrelease page. Which means more work for people doing the actual analysis to check whether this is a bleadperl regression or just a random failure of the CPAN module.

I think bleadperl should ignore this module. That no one else is complaining about this means no one cares that it is broken. That I haven't fixed it means it's not worth my time. As such, it's not important enough for p5p to care about.

Test::Prereq isn't going to filter on core modules in 3.0, so this isn't an issue anymore.
