I can modify the voiceChannelAwards cron job to check all voice channels for 2 or more users and join populated channels automatically

haven't thought this one through too much, but I was thinking someone could start a game "lobby" with a command and anyone can join that lobby. We already do that with reactions(think snowflake for PW), but reactions get scrolled off screen and ignored.
