Adds an actor inside the AWS Robomaker Hospital World environment on a static path

The animation is far from perfect, so if it looks like this video its working as intended for now, feel free to extend pull requests are very welcomed!

1. Download and install the aws-robomaker-hospital-world environment.
2. Clone this directory into your ROS-workspace
3. run colcon build

Alternatively you can use the docker environment here.

source your colcon workspace and run roslaunch gazebo_actor_in_hospital view_hospital.launch --screen.
