a-web-packets-journey's Issues

Unidentified "flying" object in scene 1

There seems to be an unidentified and likely unintentional triangle-like object visible somewhere in the scene as the player boards the airplane and flies away.

To reproduce, play through level one and look 90 degrees left from the time that you board the plane until the scene is over. The shape will very briefly come into view for a second or two during flight.

Audio plays consistent tone when page is navigated away from

When the game is running on a browser tab and the browser app is sent to the background (via replacement by another app, navigation to the home screen, or even locking the phone and turning the screen off) the game is silent for 1-2 seconds before outputting a consistent tone. The tone seems to vary dependent on the audio that is playing the instant the app is background. The consistent tone may be a loop of whatever is in the sound buffer at the time the app is background.

Tested on Android 7 using Firefox Focus.

Make title image non-draggable.

You can't see my mouse in this screenshot but you should be able to see the image dragging behavior without it if you look closely.

This is a quick fix I believe, by either setting user drag events in the image css to none or pointer-events: none. More info here.

.com's not possesive

"lists all the IP addresses for .com's",

Just pointing this out here. I'll leave it up to you @nbriz how you want to handle this, because you know more about the ui + speech box constraints than I do. Some suggestions:

  • "lists all the IP addresses for .com domains"
  • "lists all the IP addresses for .coms""
