HIPEC Analysis Tool – CS/Bioinformatics Capstone Project

A risk analysis tool for the HIPEC surgical procedure

####Required Environments Python v. 2.7.x
Django v. 1.10.2

####Starting the App

  1. Navigate to the pulled/cloned/downloaded repo's folder (/HIPEC-Analysis) and open a shell
  2. Enter the command python manage.py runserver
  3. Navigate to http://localhost:8000/hipec/hipec-app/
  • Please note that the port number may differ depending on your network settings
