For non-composer managed wordpress sites, line 20 on wp-content/plugins/advanced-cron-manager/advanced-cron-manager.php calls for /vendor/autoload.php. The issue is that the folder /vendor doesn't exist. What's the plan for non-composer-managed Wordpress sites?

The vendor folder is being ignored which is causing problems with version controlling projects.

We are looking at moving away from storing plugins in the repository, but is there a reason for ignoring it?

Change to http://php.net/manual/en/function.call-user-func-array.php

Hello, i have the following problem that may be useful for other people:
I have a production site running, and if i pull the DB on my local, critical error happens because vendor folder is not there and plugin is activated. To avoid this issue and having to deactivate plugins by DB, remove the vendor folder from the .gitignore. In general, plugins already have the vendor folder included.
