Khi mình type password để accept thực hiện thay đổi thì password hiện hết luôn, không hiện theo dấu chấm.
Có cách nào fix không, tác giả?

Tested on Arch Linux, KDE with all lastest updates.
Telex is working normally on most applications. VNI isn't.
Modification to source code by replacing all occurences of "get_telex_definition" to "get_vni_definition" in "process_sequence", "process_key", "handle_backspace" (if rules is None) will result in a working VNI mode.
Apparently the code doesn't handle the configuration file. Please fix 👍

The name of the package on Arch Linux is libreoffice-kde4, on Debian is libreoffice-kde. Type a few characters in and LO Writer will hang.

After using sudo apt-get install cmake fcitx-libs-dev python2.7-dev libx11-dev build-essential successfully, I try to cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr -DPYTHON_EXECUTABLE=$(which python2.7) .. and meet this error:

CMake Error: The source directory "/home/home" does not appear to contain CMakeLists.txt.

Specify --help for usage, or press the help button on the CMake GUI

Which one should I cd to? Note that I install Linux for my mom so I set the language in Vietnamese. Some folders' names are translated to Vietnamese. I use Mint, already apt-get update.

Very rare. Can be triggered by typing fast. This bug is strange because with Gtk apps, we commit by forwarding each key, so in theory (and practice with other gtk apps), it should not mess with the order of keys received by the app.

It seems only to happen to this particular word. Longer sequences with more needed backspaces like "duongwfd" (5 backspaces) don't suffer this at all.

Might be connected to #13.

Mình dùng thử fcitx thì thấy rất thích, đúng là flexible. Nhưng mà lâu lâu bị lỗi khi xóa từ:

Mình đánh tới chữ thuật thì đánh sai nên dùng Backspace để xóa. Nhưng mà nó lại copy như trên hình.
Mình dùng KDE nhé.

FCITX hoạt động tốt hơn IBUS nhiều, ít conflict.
TÍnh năng macro text có hoạt động? Đã thử nhưng ko ra được
Không bị lẫn kí tự khi bấm chuột mà chưa ngắt từ như ibus nhưng xảy ra conflict với nút BackSpace, trên firefox thỉnh thoảng khi đang gõ bấm xóa lùi là ra !Q1Q liên tục luôn.

Gõ được bình thường với tất cả cửa sổ, nhưng khi gõ trong textinput comment của facebook thì không gõ tiếng việt được, con trỏ tự động chạy về đầu dòng và các khoảng trống bị xóa hết.
Còn trong khung chat hay search của facebook thì gõ ok.

Looks like PyUnicode_AsUTF8 is Python 3-specfic. We need to check Python version like this:
