How to add a new fleet:

1. battleTypes.h: Add a new enum value to FleetAIType
2. fleet.h: Declare your GetOps function and add it to FleetGetOps
3. Makefile: Add your new fleet to the C_SOURCES/CPP_SOURCES list
4. main.c: Configure a battle scenario in MainConstructScenario
5. sprite.c: Add a color in Sprite_GetColor
6. sprite.c: Add sprites in SpriteGetMobSpriteType

This is still a work in progress, so better directions and a better interface are yet to come.
