I think you need to update the instructions. With Sketch 3.7, you need to click the circular arrow icon next to the symbol name in the inspector to apply yours screenshots/backgrounds to the rest of the template.

Is there a reason why this template chose to go with clipping the bottom part of all the app screenshots? Shouldn't be an issue to include the device all the way at least to the bottom of the screenshot..

iPad Pro screenshot's export?

It seems that the script isn't working on sketch 3.7.2. I've made all the changes as I usually do (with previous versions), but neither the text or the screenshots were changes on step 5. Of course when I try to export I get all the images with the placeholders.

Is this an intended possibility in the sketch file or is this device only supposed to be black?

The correct size is 2048 × 2732.

First of all, thank you for doing this! It has saved me HOURS of work, and the end result has been awesome.

It would be awesome to have something similar for Android. I know there is a Nexus 5 template however the Nexus 6 is out and having everything in one file can get very slow.

My Sketch version is 3.7

When i try to open App Store Assets.sketch file, it show the following error The document “App Store Assets.sketch” could not be opened. . Is any other way to open that file?.

I've just downloaded Sketch 3.2, but can't get step 4 to work, where you say to copy and paste your text in. I've tried unlocking the layer (and numerous other things), but get nowhere - any ideas?

Create a tag to make it easier for users who aren't as familiar with GitHub. You can even create a link to the release tag in your Readme.md.

I've filled in the "Overrides" and hit return, the only thing changed were in the boxes within step 4, the final result were never changed. Can't figure it out, really struggling...

Does this thing remove the status bar as well for iOS devices? I really dont want to purchase sketch to try it and find I still have to manually trim the status bar from every image.

In some scenarios, the design of an Android app may look different from the iOS version. The ability to use different screenshots for Android would be great. Maybe it's a separte template document, maybe it's the same one with a separate page dedicated for Android...?

I want to fit all iPhone screen on screenshot. I've resized all devices and screenshots on step 5. But exported screenshots are all messy. Screenshots do not fit to devices. I guess I'm doing something wrong.

It's slightly different as we can see.

The explanation text is crowding the edges (left edge in example) of the artboard for Android, I had to create a new symbol for Android text using 75px font, instead of using the iPhone 6 Plus settings (85px).

For the 'Android 2' artboard, the text was bleeding off the screen, didn't notice it happening on other Android artboards.
