how to capture frames

"Capture scene"

use GetScreenData (returns image, pixel info in .data) on each frame

then after saving frames:

LoadRenderTexture to create render target
BeginTextureMode
draw on texture

GetTextureData to export to Image
use ExportImage to save spritesheet
