Allow a user to save a generated scorecard for later use. The card will be stored locally on the device/browser

Show a list of "My Saved Scorecards" - this will only be by device/browser.

Improve the printability of scorecards using PDF generation. Currently there is minimal control using css print media.

1. Print 2 long/landscape cards on 1 sheet of portrait letter paper
2. Print 2 long/landscape cards on 1 sheet of portrait A4 paper
3. Print 1 landscape or portrait card on 1 sheet of 'memo' 8.5" x 5.5" paper
4. Print 1 landscape or portrait card on 1 sheet of A5 paper

Once a scorecard is found that the group want to shoot, allow it to go into "scoring mode"

Some feature will be:

1. Add each squad shooter.
2. Manage squad rotation.
3. Score each pair simply
4. Work offline
5. Transfer to another mobile device after
6. Edit mistakes
