The initial home page should be a list of your challenges with an option to create a new challenge.

• create index to find challenges for the user
• create components and load them on the home page to display your challenges and a button to create a new one
• create a form page to create/edit a challenge

Convert the property-create.js file into properties-create.ts

Create a production database and change the environment variable in production to point to that db

Implement initial global styles, using as many Angular Material components as we can, and custom css when needed. This includes:

• header (and title)
• footer
• global fonts, etc

The current Angular Material theme includes the color indigo, which looks like error text. We should change to a different predetermined theme.

Make an Angular Property Service for properties to call the server-side endpoints.

We need to create the Update and Delete Netlify functions for Properties
