Add polling with time property, which will execute function and then wait given time, and then repeat until fn executes/resolves with true.

Add function which executes function with increasing interval, like: 1000, 1500, 2200, 3000, 4000, 5500, etc.

If the function resolves to true, then stop. Also it should return dispose function back.

TypeScript seems an amazing thing for small libraries, so let's use it for all small libraries.

Current API is not the best example!

Everywhere first argument should be time (so it is easy to do partial application).
