blockcypher / btcutils Goto Github PK

I am trying to execute the first step in the build process, and I am receiving the following error:

go get github.com/btcsuite/btcd/btcec

go: go.mod file not found in current directory or any parent directory.
	'go get' is no longer supported outside a module.
	To build and install a command, use 'go install' with a version,
	like 'go install example.com/cmd@latest'
	For more information, see https://golang.org/doc/go-get-install-deprecation
	or run 'go help get' or 'go help install'.

Go version:

go version go1.18 linux/amd64

Environment: Ubuntu 20.04

When I run go build, I have the following issue.
signer.go:9:2: cannot find package "github.com/btcsuite/btcd/btcec" in any of:
/usr/local/go/src/github.com/btcsuite/btcd/btcec (from $GOROOT)
($GOPATH not set)

Looks like github.com/btcsuite/btcd/btcec is no longer existed

can you please change the dependency github.com/conformal/btcec to github.com/btcsuite/btcd/btcec
