Sorry for the late answer. That have privat issues.

It works to login on webinterface, but the address I have generated THREW THE APP is only saved under "used addresses" and "watch-only" address.

It MUST be a bug! 100%

Can I give you my wallet-ID and the bitcoin address, which was generated with the APP?

I have read that maybe a empty space on the wallets name could be a reason, but not sure if I had used an empty space.

Could you have a look behind the App? On the code?

Please help me, it is a lot of money on the address and it's not my fault that this happened to me.

Let's get some more information first:

1. What version of the app are you using? The version number is on the bottom right corner of the welcome screen (the first screen you see if you are not paired with a wallet).
2. What happens when you auto-pair (on web, click on Settings -> Wallet information -> Mobile App Pairing Code -> Show Pairing Code; in the app, tap Log In -> Scan Pairing Code -> scan the pairing code shown on web.
3. You said the address you generated in the app is only saved under "used addresses" and "watch-only" addresses on web. This suggests that it is an address generated from an xpub that you already own, and that balance should be reflected on one of your wallets. Does one of your wallets' balance include the balance of your address, and are you able to send from that wallet?

I can't say you the version of my blockchain app, because I can't see it. There is only the request to enter the passwort. I am paired with the wallet.
It is not shown on my main balance. Only on my address which is saved under watch-only. I am not able to sent the bitcoins from this Adress.
I am 100% sure that this watch-only address is the Adress which I have generated in my App

Make sure you have the correct guid and password saved somewhere secure, tap "Forget Wallet", then let me know which version you're using and what happens when you auto-pair with web.

You said in your previous post that the address is saved under both "used addresses" and "watch-only addresses", and now you're saying it's saved under "watch-only addresses", so is it only under "used addresses", "watch-only addresses", or both?

Please let me know what steps to take to reproduce this issue. The more specific the better.

I can login with the same wallet-Id and passwort on www.blockchain.info, but the problem is i don't can get access to my bitcoins on the Adress witch i Generated on the App. Because the Adress is on www.blockchain.info saved under watch-only address including my bitcoins. And I am not able to transfer the bitcoins from this watch-only address. If I search under used-addresses this address Is there listed too!

It must be the newest version of the app, because in the App Store is no update available.

I am not sure if it would be the best to tap "forget wallet". I think my data of the wallet AND the acces to my address including the bitcoins could be saved in the app and be deleted if I tap "forget wallet"

This is what happened:

I used my blockchain IOS App to recieve the Coins.
I Generated a new bitcoin Adress with the blockchain App and sent the Coins to this Adress. 100% exactly to this address!

I waited a few Hours and tried to login in the blockchain App. After i have entered the Passwort the Message: "Invalid Bitcoin-Adress" Pops up and the App gets automatically closed?!?!

If i enter a WRONG Passwort for TESTING the Message "wrong Passwort" Pops up!!!! As you can see something is wrong?! No invalid Adress message and the app don't close. Some informations are saved in the app and i think the acces to my bitcoins too.

When you log into the iOS app, it locally stores your guid and shared key. It uses these credentials to download and decrypt your wallet. "Forget wallet" deletes these login credentials from the app's local storage. Doing this does not delete or modify the wallet itself. If you can log in via web you have all the information you need for logging into the iOS app. Forgetting the wallet on iOS isn't risking anything if you're able to access the exact same wallet on web.

Okay i can't tell you exactly what i have done just new Adress. I cant login to show you how i have done it. But i have Tested actually on a Different iOS mobile device to Login with the App and it is the Same error Message.

Can you now please help me?

It's impossible to know what went wrong unless you make it absolutely clear as to how you got this address.

I have done These steps

1. Go to "Adresses"
2. "+"
3. "Name" enter
4. "safe / create"
5. Sent the bitcoins to this adress

The Problem is the App now Looks a Little Bit different ! (Update..)

Then i Get to the tap "recieve" -> choosed the wallet i created and directly Sent the coins to this address. I didnt left the App from the creation of the address to the recieving.

After i have Sent i cloosed the App and didnt come in any more!

Now are gone 3 Weeks, Can you now please finally check my wallet ID? Or refund me?

What happens when you recover your wallet? You do this on web by completing the Backup process in Settings -> Security -> Backup Phrase, writing down your recovery phrase on a sheet of paper (keep it hidden safely), then logging out and entering the phrase at https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/recover - Let me know if you see your funds then or if you notice anything different.

Sir i will give you now a Deadline till Monday. If you refuse again to help me, what is your duty in this case, i will publish this thread on big Communitys and i will add a lawyer!

It is completely unacceptable. I will not settle with this and will do everything to get my bitcoins back.
