It is a small package, better make sure it is tested properly right?

You can map an IPv4 inside an IPv6 with ::ffff:127.0.0.1. I have currently no clue if this works. But some functions to check if an address is an Mapped IPv4 would be nice. A long side some network utils to use the network contains more easily with it.

the contains function in networks now only accept Addresses, but it should also accept Networks.

mb_strlen(Address::parse('52.213.232.200')->inAddr()); returns 3 should return 4

Facades for IPv4 and IPv6 networks and addresses

Ability to iterate over a Network eg. 127.0.0.1/24 wil iterate from 127.0.0.0 to 127.0.0.255

Also the ability to exclude certain addresses / networks.

Network lists to manage blacklists and whitelists more easily

There is a ot duplication between ipv4 and ipv6 classes, we need an abstraction layer.
Preferable though composition, otherwise through inheritance
