Replace the stubbed out URLs with the actual URLs that take to the right session.

First off this is awesome! Just wanted to know, is there something similar for previous WWDCs?

Lint the file with things such as:

• Removing trailing whitespace
• Auto-executing the progress.sh file

Caveat: precommit hooks don't work if people are modifying the README via GitHub's website 😞

is there any reason why you didn't add SPM sessions from this year? There are 2 sessions which are not in ToC:

• Adopting Swift Packages in Xcode (408)
• Creating Swift Packages (410)

Please consider adding this one.
