Building C++17 on OSX.

1. Create ~/temp/cpp17 to build everything in.

2. Download the following to ~/temp/cpp17: gmp-6.1.2.tar.bz2 mpc-1.0.3.tar.gz mpfr-3.1.5.tar.bz2 isl-0.16.1.tar.bz2

   https://gmplib.org/download/gmp/gmp-6.1.2.tar.lz ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/mpc/mpc-1.0.2.tar.gz http://www.mpfr.org/mpfr-current/mpfr-3.1.5.tar.xz ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/infrastructure/isl-0.16.1.tar.bz2

3. Build MPC cd mpc* mkdir build && cd build ../configure --prefix=/usr/local/gcc-7.1
   --with-gmp=/usr/local/gcc-7.1
   --with-mpfr=/usr/local/gcc-7.1 make -j 4 sudo make install

   cd .. cd .. cd isl* mkdir build && cd build ../configure --prefix=/usr/local/gcc-7.1 --with-gmp-prefix=/usr/local/gcc-7.1 make -j 4 sudo make install

   Run the following scripts for each of the uncompress tar files.

   mkdir build && cd build ../configure --prefix=/usr/local/gcc-7.1 --enable-cxx make -j 4

4. Build gcc++17 cd .. cd .. cd gcc* mkdir build && cd build ../configure --prefix=/usr/local/gcc-7.1
   --enable-checking=release
   --with-gmp=/usr/local/gcc-7.1
   --with-mpfr=/usr/local/gcc-7.1
   --with-mpc=/usr/local/gcc-7.1
   --enable-languages=c,c++,fortran
   --with-isl=/usr/local/gcc-7.1
   --program-suffix=-7.1

   make -j 4
