How to build MotorSim?

I have tried building MotorSim in Intellij Idea but I just couldn't get it to also build the AspectJ files. I've also tried Eclipse but it would only import src/ and not other directories that contain code.

I would like to know whats the proper way to build the project as I would want to make a few modifications here and there and possibly contribute some of them.

Can you always assume p2 = p3 like this? Isn't that only when the nozzle is optimally expanded?
