It's a common task to store information in encrypted form in the service database.

In the main website we store e.g. the Secrets of an app in an encrypted form.

We use aes-256-gcm as the alg (https://github.com/bitrise-io/bitrise-website/blob/851955ac8f40ca185a0422e154eeceb0ffb02391/app/models/repository.rb#L94).

This is a common problem that affects lots of our services, that sensitive information has to be stored in an encrypted form in the DB, so it'd make sense to use a shared package with the same algorithm that we approve together (Security included).

Examples about how to use, ideally in the form of unit tests/go example codes.

Above 90% but as close as possible to 100%

As this is a library we plan to use in all of our services proper tests is even more important than usual, so we should get as close to 100% as possible.
