Hi,
Does the machine have internet connection?
ping -c 5 8.8.8.8
Does the machine have enough RAM memory available? And disk space?
free -m
df -H
Can you stop the services when running the tool?
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh stop
sudo /opt/bitnami/bndiagnostic-tool
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh stop
If you continue running into issues when running the tool, please post here the output of the commands above.
