This project exists only to ensure that the top-level biocommons namespace is correctly declared as a namespace package.

This trivial package was pushed to pypi in order to reserve the biocommons namespace (contributions are welcome!).

Steps:

pyvenv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install wheel
python setup.py register
python setup.py sdist bdist bdist_egg bdist_wheel upload

stale workflow label mismatch

Describe the bug
@jsstevenson noticed in this issue that the keep alive label was added and that the stale label was removed, but the issue still closed. This is due to the label being keep alive (see here), but the workflow has keep-alive with a hyphen (see here).

Expected behavior
Doing these two steps should not have caused the issue to close.

Fix

To resolve, we either need to update the label or the labels in the workflow.

populate labels in issue templates

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The issue templates should include labels, rather than defaulting to no labels being added.

Describe the solution you'd like
feature request template should add the enhancement label
bug report template should add the bug label. This will be helpful since the stale action will keep issues with bug label open. Developers will no longer have to remember to add a bug label
