create stack failure

File does not appear to be shared

aws cloudformation wait stack-create-complete  --stack-name cfn-ami-provider 
Waiter StackCreateComplete failed: Waiter encountered a terminal failure state

Error occurred while GetObject. S3 Error Code: NoSuchKey. S3 Error Message: The specified key does not exist. (Service: AWSLambdaInternal; Status Code: 400; Error Code: InvalidParameterValueException; Request ID: 2542db0d-bf47-459d-9b22-5fa3fb7afbc9)

Tests fail with NoRegionError

This tool looks really promising for automating the manual steps required to import an existing resource into a a new stack.

I want to try it and maybe even add a new feature to better support this (a retain-resource command), but I can't get the unit tests to pass in my environment.

Am I missing some configuration?

I didn't see any instructions for testing in the README.

I start tox like because I have only Python3.8 installed:

tox -e py38

Error output below:
