Add support for Excel
See #2. Excel needs the title propagation.
Add support for Reading View
The x-title GET parameter is lost upon switching to Reading View.
Unsure if directly launching Reading View actually sets the title or not. If you are in Edit View and then switch to Reading View, the document title is shown correctly. That part might actually magically work, in which case the GET parameter logic is all that needs to be fixed.
Add support for other Office apps
Identify apps and make issues for each one. For example, Excel.
