这个库只能写GIF,但是没看到读取解析gif 的接口，这样功能只是实现了一部分，请问什么时候可以支持 gif 的读取和解析呢？

1、当init线程数为1时，程序会crash。
2、当输入源为系列的带透明度png时，disposal method参数似乎有问题，经过测试需要将其（3个比特位）支撑2（010）或者3（011）才可以正常渲染；否则渲染出来的都是和上一帧叠加的效果。

Because of the close of JCenter, I could not find the binary to use on the Internet. So I forked it and published it on Github Packages with the highest respect.

Everyone could use it by following steps:

1. Add following codes in settings.gradle

2. use implementation("com.bilibili:burstlinker:0.0.13") in dependencies

Then, just enjoy it! ^_^

Thanks for the useful library.
Here is one minor issue:
When I try to encode GIF with transparent background bitmap(for example, only draw text on the canvas with transparent background) , the output GIF will have black background.
Is there any option to set the transparent background color when encoding the GIF?

I use the library' example write a gif file,but when i use another library to decode the file ,it print the error "there is no Global Color Table",so who can hlep to slove the problem!
