Introduce a global debug constant

Which can be accessed via Wolf.isDebug (boolean).

Fix the aspect ratio in fullscreen mode

The whole game is presented in 16/10. If you play the game on a standard 16/9 monitor, the picture will be cut off a little at the top and bottom due to scaling via the width of the monitor.
