On Start, freezing

Game freezes on start after placing in new planet with AI
Music plays in the background fine.
Unity Profiler showed almost nil CPU usage, but also maybe just not updating
No error messages to report.
Happens when enemies are being spawned, likely to be stack overflow

Rocket Animation

It would be nice to make the rockets more dynamic as probably the most wanted power-up. If we could put a bit of a spiral as well as a bit of wobbling in the air as an animation.

Level Design Overview

A guideline for the existing Desert planet and then for the creation of the next two planets (Ice and Swamp) for the purpose of the GDD and having everyone on board.

Each Level should have a unique element besides the visual look, such as being more open, a build up of terrain, etc. that makes it unique to play on.

Ideas thrown around during Monday's class.

Ice - Barren for the majority. Very open with giant glaciers appearing around. These glaciers have sections that can be "broken" (shot at? ) to access other parts of the level. What's behind the ice? Bosses? Power-ups? ?????

Desert - The middle of the three maps as far as congestion. The map should have it's existing terrain and should require little change besides perhaps some more unique and designed environment assets (ex. the crystals) to add it's uniqueness. Other suggestions are shrubbery, random small trees, and lots of rocks.

Swamp - This is the most congested of the planets and was discussed because of this fact to be the smallest. This planet is full of trees that (we believe) will be destructible. Unique feature is perhaps that to explore one needs to remove the swamp in front. Water should be prevalent on this planet in small frequent patches. Whether this water offers any unique features needs to be discussed.

Normal Tank

Cannon recoil, rockback, anything you can see to add to make it more "alive"

GDD needs work. Gonna take a look based off Professional GDDs and see what needs to be done. May need assistance from someone from last quarter who worked on it for specifics on different elements of the game.

Flowchart

Pictures describing the player experience from start to finish. Be descriptive. Screen shots sounds the simplest way.

A* Object avoidance

A* doesn't avoid objects currently. Needs to be updated to include sphere colliders, or something along that line, to ensure avoidance.

Animations

Requires an Animation Review of all existing models and discussion with Vincent for future models to work on what elements should be animated.

Team Pipeline Doc and Proof

Submit the updated Pipeline excerpt from your GDD detailing your toolkit and team organization.

In addition to gaining access to post PPJs to the website, each team member must also post a "hello world" text file to the project Perforce depot, as well as edit a shared document to add their name. Make sure you include a useful description for your changelist. Individual grade points removed for each missing element.

In lieu of texturing assests, do some investigating into different shaders for use in game.

VertexNavigation, remove singleton

Remove singleton from vertex navigation and fix the bugs that come from it.

This also means having it work as it did before this point.
