Hi,
I have tried to install the MethylationPlugin under jbrowse 1.15.3. Unfortunately the tracks don't properly display only showing grey bars saying "loading" (see attached screenshot). Only the HTML Methylation tracks display properly. I get the same result under MacOSX and Ubuntu.

The rest plugin are working, this one failed. It throws a bunch of error in the console. It says, "unable to find MethylationPlugin/main

first thanks for your work. I have read (after I have found that my track didn't appear) that you have troubles with recent Jbrowse versions. So what is the last version I can use for your plugin?

By the way my error is very strange :
HTTP 200 when fetching "url to the bigwig"

Error 200 is actually not an error.

In the console it says when I start JBrowse : "MethylationPlugin starting - v3.3.2" like other plugins.

I try to use this plugin into my JBrowse. First, when I run the test data in the MethylationPlugin, I don't get any plot in MethylPlot style. And only one color line in MethylXYPlot style. Can you help me?

Hi there,

When I try this plugin into my JBrowse, I find an error that: there is not a mC recover at - strand of some position, but after I run the default python script(allc_to_bigwig_pe_v3.py) to generate bw files. Then the files added more position in.

For example:

in my allc files there is not a mC recover at Chr01, pos: 43841093
However after I run the python script and make the bw to JBrwose, there is a mC tracks at Chr01,pos: 43841093??

Would you mind help me with this issue?
