Changes You Need To Make :-

How to edit the config.plist
  1. [Download] (https://github.com/corpnewt/ProperTree)
  2. Make Any Changes using propertree or you can even use any TextEditor
Change these settings in BIOS
  • Enable
  • VT-x
  • Above 4G decoding
  • Hyper-Threading
  • Execute Disable Bit
  • EHCI/XHCI Hand-off
  • OS type: Windows 8.1/10 UEFI Mode
  • DVMT Pre-Allocated(iGPU Memory): 64MB
  • SATA Mode: AHCI
Generate a Serial
  1. Download and open GenSMBIOS

  1. Select 3 to Genrate SMBios with ROM

  1. Now Type "MacBookPro13,1 5" / "MacBookPro13,2 5" this will genarate 5 SMBios with ROM

  1. Check the Serial validity on Apple's check coverage We have to use only invalid serial

  1. Copy the serial in the config
    • Type Goes in Generic -> SystemProductName
    • Serial goes in Generic -> SystemSerialNumber
    • Board Serial goes in Generic -> MLB
    • SmUUID part goes in Generic -> SystemUUID
    • Apple Rom goes in Generic -> ROM

Ethernet isn't stable

I have an issue with my ethernet on my DELL Inspiron 5559 running Monterey in OpenCore 0.7.7 when I unplug / plug my ethernet cable. The RTL8100.kext it work fine at boot and but not if I unplug and replug my ethernet cable, it says. "Ethernet has a self-assigned IP address and will not be able to connect to the Internet"

Touch does not work

Hello.

I have an Inspiron 5559 as well and successfully installed Mojave (10.14.6) with OpenCore from this repository. (I needed some minor modifications to the config.plist, and I removed non-relevant kexts (like sidecar) and upgraded them to the latest as well)
However I can't get touch to work. I guess your 5559 doesn't have the touch function as you haven't included kexts like VoodooI2CHID.kext...

Anyhow.. I did try adding the relevant kexts and everything else works (except for cam, which i disabled from BIOS) but not touch. Could you please give me an advice where I should look (if you know)?
