Here is what SLURM might look like if you are interested - jmchilton@d1bffec. Seems to work but I need to do more testing. Condor is a more fun research project - but I think if you want some stable and well supported by Galaxy SLURM is a better option.

Nice! Yes I'm interested in this!
I was preferring Condor because I was told that Condor can talk to SGE. Do you think this Image will/can be used in a production environment?
On the other hand we can stick to @natefoo standard stack. This is a good argument to go with SLURM.
By the way please also feel free to merge your docker in docker stuff. I had the plan to integrate the IPython stuff in this image (or better on top of it?)
