Unfortunately I don't know of any way to have snippets run every time a page loads currently. Seems like a good feature request to ping devtools teams with

I'm interested in how you would see this working? I guess you would somehow mark a snippet in the UI to auto-run on any page load when the toolbox is opened? This would presumably run only on the top level window (not iframes). And I'm not sure how to handle a case where the snippet is window.location.reload().
