Reorganize project layout about devtools-snippets HOT 2 CLOSED

I have this set up to crawl subfolders in the snippets directory and rebuild index.html using approximately the same markup by running rake build. The branch currently has only a couple snippets migrated over (anything that is a folder here: https://github.com/bgrins/devtools-snippets/tree/newlayout/snippets), but it is looking like it will be easy to do the rest.

OK, all snippets have been moved over: https://github.com/bgrins/devtools-snippets/tree/newlayout/snippets. And the file is now being rendered approximately the same as currently. Two things:

• It is adding them alphabetically instead of by insertion order.
• All the snippets and their screenshots have moved. This will break any incoming links. I don't really have a good answer about how this could be resolved, or if it is big deal.
