dxf-ruby's Issues

Use the LWPOLYLINE primitive when exporting to DXF

At the moment, Polyline, Polygon, Rectangle, and Square are all exported as a series of individual LINE primitives. The DXF format has the LWPOLYLINE primitive for exporting connected chains of lines, and it should probably be used when possible.

The docs for the LWPOLYLINE primitive aren't exactly clear so I have a feeling that it may not be widely supported by other packages that manipulate DXF files. This may require some testing before proceeding. Or maybe an option should be added for disabling the primitive during export.

Dependensy from 'geometry' gem

I try to install 'dxf' gem in my application, but it doesn't work without gem 'geometry'. Is this a right behaviour? If it so, I think adding 'geometry' in Gemfile is a good thing.

Error: Could not find a valid gem 'sketch' (~> 0.4) in any repository

Hey friend,

Trying to install this, and it seems like you missed a zero when you updated the dependency on sketch, because the latest version for sketch (according to https://rubygems.org/gems/sketch, and the source at https://github.com/mustmodify/sketch/releases), the latest is 0.0.4, yet the gemspec wants 0.4.

Did I mess something up? Looks like Sketch hasn't been updated in years, yet you depend upon a nonexistent version.
