UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc2 in position 10: ordinal not in range(128)

Since freesms acts as an encapuslator around requests, it would be nice to handle exceptions raised by requests.
freesms could use requests status code to inform the caller that the call did not succeed. For example, status code 444 for a ConnectionError and status code 999 for a Timeout.
