I'm officially very confused...

I now have both firmware and bootloader building (minus protobufs for firmware) and I'm trying to have the os build grab configuration files from either the firmware or bootloader dir depending on which one is being built. I've not been able to find a way to use transitions to set configs which will later be selected upon. Given my latest experiment it seems that select actual matches the config settings and then returns which config_setting uniquely matches... I'm not sure I am a fan of this at this time... Hoping to find a cleaner way of doing this.
