More options for `validateOnBlur` and `validateOnChange` about form-hooks HOT 4 OPEN

The primary use case I can think of for this is if you have multiple fields that are tied together (e.g. date + time) and you want to wait to re-validate until each of the field elements have been touched/changed. Is there another case I'm missing? Would a group concept serve that better if it was the case?

My use case could not be simpler, I just want the field validation after each blur event, so that a single validation message can appear instead of all of them.

Focus and then click out of the first input, you will get immediate error and don't have to fill out entire form to get errors. This feels natural, gives you instant feedback when something is wrong which provides much better UX.
