I used the module on a client website and it was working fine untill we imported the 250+ categories (10 first level categories, +/_ 120 second level categories, the rest 3rd category level) and imported the 25.000 products.

With the module enabled page load times are rising to 23+ seconds and above. After disabling the 'MegaMenu' module page load times are dropping back to 1.2sec and lower.

Any thoughts about how to 'solve' this speed issue?

If you need an big installation to test on let me know.

After upgrading to PHP 5.4 I get this error:
/home/xxxxxxx/public_html/app/code/local/DevBlog/MegaMenu/Block/ThreeColumns.php on line 101

line 101 is:
if($counter == self::$this->numBrands) {

Is there there an easy fix?

With an fresh Magento 1.7.0.2 installation i'm getting an error 500 after installation of the module.

The PHP error i get is as follows,

This sounds great but i'm having trouble trying it, basically i've installed countless extensions before but usually when i'm done adding all the files whatever is that's meant to show up on the page simply does...but after adding all the files to my test server i'm still seeing my old nav bar and don't see this new one?

I copied the required files from the base folder over to my custom theme folder but still nothing?

Can you help? me love you long time?
