Block video but allow audio playback. This is so people who use YouTube for music can still do that.

When you go to a page it needs to check if it's set as a distraction and if it is then a timer needs to tick up to say how long you've been on distracting pages and when you reach the limit blocking needs to re-enable.

d97719b added the functionality for limiting time, it's too rigid though, if you can't override it then you will probably just turn it off and forget to turn it back on; This should be a setting though.

When you're on a page set as a distraction a popup (essentially the redirect page) should appear instead of just silently rejecting new HTTP requests and leaving you confused when why the page is broken.

Routines should be set times to enabled and disable page blocking. The routines will be work-hours, free-hours, and shifts. The work-hours routine will have the blocking setting enable at it's start time and disabled at it's end time, and free-hours will be the inverse, shifts will be more complicated with multiple start and end times (basically work-hours with multiple start and stop times).

Add obstacles the user must overcome before disabling Blocking.
