TOML is a powerful configuration language, aimed at being the human writable counterpart to JSON.

For example, we can have

# defaults for all profiles
date_format = "%Y.%m.%d-%H-%M-%S"

# exclude containing "/" for specific file exclusion

We can add more typing logic, but that would clobber the user easyness to write a config file IMO.

This would need a running docker with ssh to use as source and destination for best tests

We should make sure that no other backup for the same destination is running, so that we don't have mixed backups.

An idea would be to add a ".lock" file in the directory. We should however be sure that it is removed on any error

This would need ssh support and needs design
