I love istanbul! Unfortunately, its lcov reports (which as far as I can tell, are the only file-by-file human-readable report) are HTML, and thus a browser is needed. I'd love to be able to read the full and detailed coverage report for an individual file without having to leave the terminal.

Situations like NodeConf involve massive numbers of people trying to install npm modules with only a tiny pipe to the internet. A local mirror provided some help, but it would be great if nodules could be served up by torrents (preferring local network connections), so that trips out to the registry wouldn't be as necessary.

Should this repo have a license? Maybe not since it's a "meta" repo. I dunno. Opinions please!
