A common mistake on autocorrecting keyboards is to convert "--" to "—" (em dash). Since a correct usage of an em dash includes no spaces on either side, the form "foo— " can be assumed to be this mistake rather than a legitimate usage of an em dash. We should support this mistake.

Since @name++ increments name, displaying the direct karma for @name makes little sense.

This is a pretty common practice, so I'm just gonna add it as feature.

Aliases should work when a user says "!karma_alias alias_id", a redis entry is created "alias:alias_id" -> "user_name_that_created_that_message"

And if a user messages with a username equal to that alias, it should remove it.

It allows for more channels (on one configuration), so it's much better. A bit more complicated though!

Right now the regex only allows for non-spaced identifiers, an identifier in parens, like "(butt stuff)++", should treat it as a single string (in that case "butt stuff").

If a user tries to change another user's karma more than once within a specific time period (10 seconds?), then it should be prevented.

If a user changes what karma is given to in a message edit, it's just ignored currently. Since the old message isn't returned, we'd have to cache sent messages and reverse them based on that content before adding the new karma.

Requires tracking how many ++s and --s, etc for each user.
