关于如何读取preferences
每个工程都需要能够读取 user 的 preference
而且 preference 应该是 Lazy Create 的（需要时才创建）
需要编写一些公共基础代码来实现这些特性
每个工程都应该可以以 user.preference 来取到用户偏好信息
执行 user.preference 时 如果数据库表里还没有相应记录的话 就创建 preference 记录
