Currently, the coverage.cmd has the project dlls to test hard-coded. We should look at the project directory structure and dynamically create this list.

This would consist of setting a global var to the event id and using it in the behavior. Possibly a global array of event ids - to support when multiple events are logged.

Currently not sure what the best name would be, but *UserException are also deriving from this class, so it needs to be renamed. Perhaps IdentityException...

Both roleManager and userManager can return multiple errors on a single call. Non of this information is captured and returned to the caller.

And update debug.log to roll on size and have an hour time interval

When updating the the FXCop rules, it enforces a ConfigureAwait call (CA2007). For now I set to true, because that is the default. Should look to see what calls can be set to false

Move logging configuration to environment specific files. Also read configuration in Program.cs and look into testing that configuration is correct.

With incremental build not sure how important this is

When upgrading FXCop rules, it enforces certain signatures be implemented for exceptions. While looking at this, I realized that current implement really needs a bit of cleanup

The secret key is transformed to the signing key later in AddIdentityServices and it is transformed in JwtManager. Might as well do it once in AddIdentitySevices, store it as part of the configuration object for later use.

This would consist of starting a local production server and using it as the server.
This would catch some appsettings errors.

Currently the connection string to the Identity DB is hard coded.
