This project is great even if I know that it is already old. Its only flaw is that you can't read the content of the notes anymore (not the text of the nodes but the text of the notes). If you could make this change it would allow us to use this software for many years to come!

using android 7 now there is no file assosiation of .mm to droidplane (nor other apps) possible.

Would be great to get that fixed!

It would be useful to me if I could open the images that I have in the mindmap. I'm talking about the images that are created when I paste an image as a node in FreePlane and then a folder is created in the same folder that the mindmap is saved. I would like to have DroidPlane at least showing an option to open the image on another app. If DroidPlane showed it directly it would be even better, but I imagine it would be technically way more difficult to implement.

I want to use your app in combination with Docear, a academic literature suite based on freeplane. The mindmap opens correctly in Droidplane, but since a lot of the nodes contain links to pdf-files, it is an essential feature that one is able to open a pdf-file that is linked to that node. However, in its current version, Droidplane crashes completely if I try to open a pdf file. I've also send you a bug-report via the app/google play.

By the way, since the app is now open source - what about putting them into the F-Droid app repository?

I'm a great fan of Freeplane (both for pro and personnal uses) and DroidPlane is the best MindMap app which runs under Android to display my maps. Many thanks for this app!

Even if I guess app is in "standby", I suggest (only one) improvment which will change my life => adding a text search feature.

I use a rather complicated set of mindmaps and folders with relative links (I checked the source code of the .mm files, the links are stored relatively). When I tap on a link I get an error message:

File /document/home:((path/to/mindmap.mm)) does not exist.

The mindmaps are stored in my documents folder. This is also the start of the path after the colon. I use droidplane v1.0.11 on LineageOS 16.0.

I would really appreciate if you could fix this since droidplane is the best app to read freeplane files on android :)

Can you add a license to your project to allow sharing and modifying (or not).
