DocumentSelector 简单文档归类工具（文件分类工具）

这是早期时候做的简单文档归类工具（工作之余）。window下很多图片、文档、文本等，杂乱无章，不知道如何归档，那么该工具可帮助我们归档。

比如广告公司，每个月员工贡献很多图片，一般有上百张，这些图片杂乱无章的存放，但是图片命名有一定的规律。如果人工进行归档，比较繁琐，占很多时间，也经常出错。该工具就是将这些图片进行按年按月进行归档到指定目录下。

今天把这个工具代码提交github上，原因有二；

  1. 早期工作之余写了很多代码，也没有备份和整理，一旦遇到重装系统，担心被格式化
  2. 该代码现在没有作用了。 如果有人需要，它就有一定价值了。
